An Uncuffed Endotracheal Tube (ET Tube) is a sterile, single-use medical device designed to secure the airway by being inserted into the trachea, usually via the mouth or nose. Unlike cuffed tubes, uncuffed tubes do not have an inflatable cuff, making them particularly suitable for neonates, infants, and young children, where the narrowest part of the airway is naturally tight enough to prevent significant air leakage.
